Computer Specification
If you know exactly what you want with your new computer, then specifying and pricing a computer for you is easy. Unfortunately, most people don’t really know what their immediate requirements are, nor what they should allow for near-term growth in requirement. Have no worries, GMC is here to help free of charge. If you want a home or business machine that is only intended to run common applications with low graphics demands, operate e-mail and operate/surf the internet, there is no point in wasting money on exotic machinery. GMC can offer new machines of this class as low as £250 and warranted second user machines as low as £100. If you want to process photographs you will need a higher performance machine with higher storage capacity. If you wish to process video or play 3D action games, you will need a very high specification beast. Business workstations often need to be high specification to cope with specialist business applications. All new machines will have scope for upgrade should you subsequently find it is required.
